All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days
Once orders are fulfilled they will be shipped based on the shipping method selected. Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided and you are able to track the shipment. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.

Free international shipping is available for qualifying orders over $60

Please keep in mind that lash lengths will appear different on individuals depending on eye shape and lid space. Items will not be replaced or exchanged. Magnetique® reserves the right to refuse returns at any time.

Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, report must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 10 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found on your local post office.

If your local postal company claims it’s been delivered or delivered to wrong address, it requires a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered.

Orders cannot be edited once they have been processed. In the unlikely event that you encounter a quality issue, please contact us immediately. Magnetique adheres to strict quality control processes, ensuring that orders are thoroughly checked and verified before being processed and packed. If an issue is found, we will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.

Ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or those that remain unclaimed. Once shipped, packages cannot be rerouted. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange for redelivery.

Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions are possible and beyond our control.
