If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Magnetique, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund for your order within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in its original packaging and unused. To start your return just send us an email to help@magnetique.com Customer pays for return shipping fees.
Once we receive your return and approve your refund, Magnetique will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
